- 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into chunks
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 handful fresh basil, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Maldon sea salt to taste
- Freshly cracked red DRØM Pepper to taste
Toss the watermelon into a large bowl and add everything else.
