Watermelon Salad with Feta and Basil


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 handful fresh basil, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Maldon sea salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked red DRØM Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Toss the watermelon into a large bowl and add everything else.
